"Now we're going to go over what you can do after you take the person down by kicking out or stomping out the back of their knee and bringing them down to the ground while they're laying flat on their stomach. She throws the technique, I block, I stomp, she goes down to the ground; you can strike the arm, push the shoulder, strike the side of the head, whatever else you need to do to get the person down. But, for right now, we're going to bring her straight down. I take my left knee, I can drop it down into the shoulder and actually pull back. And that actually goes against the bend of the arm, so I just pull back; now I have myself an armbar. If I want to, I can also get a shoulder crank. It's sort of like a good police move. If you need to handcuff somebody or something like that, all you do is take, where the arm is, you can strike the arm and actually bring it up into a shoulder crank; just flip it around the other way. So you have yourself an armbar and a shoulder crank. Also don't forget that you have the wrist here also; you can also manipulate the wrist. You can have other wrist locks. All you have to do is fold it in or you can turn it to the side to also gain control over the wrist and an armbar at the same time. So there's many different techniques in there. Again, as you're bringing somebody down to the ground, be very careful, especially as they are going down. You do not want to fall on top of them while you have a hold of their arm. So, if you feel like you're going to lose control or anything like that, go ahead and let go of everything just so they don't get injured and that you all will be able to train continuously throughout the day. And also be able to have confidence in each other."
