"Now that you have been able to gain an advantage to the outside of the body, she throws her punch, I block, move to the outside, now I've to look at targets. Now, as far as throwing punches, very first target is straight on to the arm and when you strike you want to strike roughly an inch above the elbow because that is the place where the arm will most likely break. Also, you can strike into the tricep or you can strike underneath the arm, also strike into the underside so it sort of numbs out the arm a little bit. Other targets obviously are into the kidneys, to the side of the head, specifically the temple area as you strike. You can also take and throw a back fist towards the front of the face, if you want to go ahead and try to get the nose or anything like that you could throw a back fist into it. Also, when you throw your punches, you also want to make sure that you're not going to throw into areas that could possibly injure your hand. Be careful if you throw it and you accidentally hit the side of the head here. Try to aim for a little bit softer tissues, around into the ear or the side of the temple. Again, when you are throwing this strike here onto the arm, you not only can use a punch, but you can also use your arm to strike with so that it has a little bit more blunt force to it. So that is just a few targets and a few striking areas that you can use for your punches."
