"Walking Lunges -Now there's a couple things I want to say about walking lunges before we get started, is that when we're walking we're actually going to be trying to keep a pretty wide base for support, so then if you start to add weight to it, is that you're very stable as you're going. As you're stepping, and Jonesy's going to demonstrate in just a moment, we're going to actually step 1 o'clock and 11 o'clock, as opposed to just straight on 12 o'clock. Jonesy, you want to give this a shot here? Also, as you notice that Jonesy's going to keep his eyes nice and level. He's stepping 1 o'clock and 11 o'clock. Good. He has a straight back, his chest is open, and he gets very deep. Very deep meaning he's really working through the full flexion of his hips and also of his knees. He's working as close to the floor as he possibly can with that back knee."
