Medicine Ball Sit Up Toss -Very simple exercise, similar to what we did with the oblique medicine ball toss, but now we're going to just basically work it in a sit up position. We're just going to make sure that you sit down nice and flat. We're going to try to keep your feet flat on the ground. The partner -when you're tossing the ball, start tossing close to the chest area first, and then once that person seems to have the strength, then go ahead and try to toss a little further away so the reach is stronger. It will produce more torque on the spine and make the abdominal muscles work harder. Okay Jonesy, ready? Now I'm slowly going to make him try to reach a little bit more for it each time, as he's going back. That's it, good job. Good. That's the medicine sit up toss.
