"Cloud hands into turn back and wave a double lotus. We wait, transfer the weight to the right leg, right hand turns over, pivot on the heels. We continue off to the right, pulling up the left leg, stepping onto left heel. Hands turn off to the right, weight is on the right, and turning to the left, weighting left leg, the left palm facing outward at about the level of the bellybutton. Right hand at the right knee, weighting left leg, we draw the right leg up and strike back across the body. Done quickly. (Demo)"
