"So a transition from a side kick with left heel into jaded maiden works shells. So the left foot retracts slightly and then comes out as right hand comes underneath the left. Weight transfers from the right to left. Bringing the left toe in, the hands turn over withdraw the right leg back into a left empty stance. Hands circle outwards, pulling up at the right knee. You actually jump up into the air and turn the hands over. Again, hands picking up, palms facing up, shifting on the left foot. Drawing the right hip in, kicking with the right foot. Now, jumping forward on to the right heel, land, leap forward with left, and right hand drawing back left hand draws forward."
