Video Transcript

"The next movement in the eighteen movements Chen style form is called Lazily Tying One's Coat. When it starts out with the right hand moving upwards, left hand going down. They circle in opposite directions, right leg comes out. Weight remaining on the left, right hand circles over, pushing out and the left hand comes down across the torso as if pushing a coat out of the way and preparing for engagement. From lazily tying one's coat the move to six sealing and four closing. Left hand floats up to meet the right hand. Both hands come down. The weight shifts to the left. Both hands travel across the body so the weight comes back to the right and the left foot comes into an empty stance. Six sealing and four closing from the right side."
