"I'm now going to show you a very popular move. It?s called the Backfist. My opponent, the attacker will be moving in. From the lead right this can be executed very easily. I'm just going to parry away and I'm going to come over to top with my right down with the back fist. Arm pump conditioning is a pre-requisite for Mantis. It's a must. Guido moving slow. I could come up, take him down with the knee with a lot more force backward. We're going to come in about a medium speed Guido. And following down with that sweep, or, medium speed, jumping more momentum, slamming the opponent to the ground. We're going to do this rapid fire. Thank you Guido."
