" Hi! My name is Marvin McDowell, USA Boxing certified boxing trainer. On behalf of Expert Village, I would like to show you some breathing techniques to help you have more endurance doing your boxing routine. First of all, you have to control your breathing. When you control your breathing, you breathe out through your nose, you close your mouth like a pant. Through your nose, you keep the mouth closed at all the time because you do not want to get your breathing messed up. When you are moving around keep your mouth closed, keep your composure and do not lose your breath. Keep your mouth closed. Keep your mouth closed and let the air come out through your nose. If you keep control of that, you go a long time. So you just keep your mouth closed when you are exerting yourself. Don’t open your mouth for nothing, only to take a deep breath when you got to really need it. But you just stay relaxed, keep your mouth closed and every time you punch you breathe out through your nose. Every time you do some energy wise, you breathe through your nose. It will keep you composed. That’s the best way to do it and you will be able to go a long time without getting tired. Once you keep your composure and control your breathing. You breathe out through your nose and close your mouth. My name is Marvin McDowell, founder and president of UMAR Boxing. “No Hooks Before Books.” Thank you for watching. "
