" Hi! My name is Marvin McDowell, USA Boxing certified boxing trainer. On behalf of Expert Village, I would like to show you some boxing moves; forward and backwards from your boxing stance. Here’s how it goes. Forward, forward, forward and press your back foot against your power when you are moving forward. When you are going backwards, you push off front foot to go back. Forward, forward, forward, forward, hands up, chin down to protect yourself. Back, back, back, back. Forward, forward, forward, forward. Back, back, back, back. You have your balance. Forward, forward, forward, forward. You’ve to get that rhythm going on, keep that rhythm right. Back, back, back, back. Forward, forward, forward, forward. Back, back, back, back. You’ve got to keep your balance, keep your hands up, chin down because when you are moving forward someone might be throwing punches at you. You’ve got your hands up, chin down, you are less likely to get hit. My name is Marvin McDowell, founder and president of UMAR Boxing. “No Hooks Before Books.” Thank you for watching. "
