"Hi, my name is Maryam Askaar, I'm with Expert Village. Today we'll be doing a stretch class. I want to start to warm up through the back of the legs a little bit more. I want you to have your right foot flexed as you lengthen through the entire leg. You are going to flex that leg strong enough to where you almost feel that heel lifting just off the floor. You're going to pull your abs in, and pull up and out of your waist. Next, I want you to walk over that leg. I'm not really going for a deep stretch just yet. We're still just warming up through the center. I want you to notice what my left leg is doing. My left foot is right on the inside of my right thigh. They are kind of pushing against each other so this right leg is active. Again, we inhale, exhale, walk it out. If you'd like to, grab your foot if that's easy for you, you can. Otherwise, you just place your hands on the floor. Pull the abs in. Think about a flat back on this. I don't want you to think about rounding just yet. Pulling up and out of the waist, inhale and as you exhale, you'll go deeper into that stretch. Deep breath here, inhale, exhale, going a little deeper. Abs are pulled in, pulling up and out of the waist. Deep breath. Remember, if you're holding your breath, you need to come out of it or even just ease up. Maybe not come out all the way, just maybe walk the hands up a little bit so you can breathe a little easier. Deep inhale, exhale, and then on your next inhale, I want you to slowly walk up. Very nice."
