"Hi, my name is Maryam Askaar and I'm with Expert Village and today we'll be doing a stretch class. Now we are going to expand on the move we just did. We are going to walk over the right knee and continue to pull up and out of the waist and then walk over the left knee. Let's start going center again. Inhale, exhale, reach pulling the abs in, lengthen, hold it here for an inhale and then exhale. Feeling the body go deeper into the stretch. Now we're going to walk it over the right knee. Most important, do you notice this left knee stays down. Extend over that right knee, keep the abs pulled in tight. Keep that left knee down. You are only going to go as far as you can so that this knee does not pop up. I also want you to notice the stretch to the left side of the body. This is what we are going for. If you can work on getting that chest over the right leg, great. If you can't do that, that's perfectly fine. Just work from where you're at. Don't expect yourself to go deep into a stretch right away. This takes time and practice. Walk through center. Deep inhale, and on your exhale, walk it over to the left, again pulling up and out of the waist. Abs pull in, lengthen over that left leg, the right knee stays down. Deep inhale, deep exhale, abs pulled in. Breathing here, again feeling yourself go deeper into the stretch. Notice the lengthening to the right side of the body and then coming back to center. One more deep breath and then slowly walk yourself all the way back up."
