on 9/25/2008 I thought this video was very instructive. Well thought out, simple, and straightforward, which is exactly what you want for self defense guides. I very much liked Master Herbert's sense of humor at the end of the clip. Clicking the chopsticks and joking about it being like a menu. Good stuff. Looking forward to watching others.

"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Mater David Herbert from the World Martial Arts Center in New York City today I will be demonstrating as a weapon specialize chopsticks fighting techniques. This one the opponent grabs and chokes me from behind. Okay he bends me back, striking palm and chopstick, then I shift my chopstick by in vital spot. So this he feels with one hand he feels that. From here I continue I bring him around. Now from this position if I drop him this way the chopstick would entire this side of this neck and come out this side of his neck but we are not going to do that. So I shift and I remove the chopsticks so it in not in position to do no damage. Then you have your choses or throat it is like a menu. "
