"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Master David Herbert the World Martial Arts in New York City and today I will be demonstrating some of the basic hapkido weaponry. And some basic application this and lock, thrust. Now slow. Yes. Come in slowly. Sir yes sir. Opponent is kicking, I cover as he punches I lock using the rope in my arms, I make a circle tighten pressure point on right here so I'm locking the pressure point and then his elbows. I have control of the opponent, I take underneath dropping my weight, and pulling him forward, throw him, as he falls I strike his side, pull him over, bringing the arm behind his back, wrapping the rope and here is my opponent. "
