Video Transcript

"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Master Dave Herbert with the World Martial Art Center in New York City. I'll be demonstrating some hapkido staff techniques. The opponent attacks lower body area so I shift back. Striking the thumb behind the wrist in the wrist area. Take advantage of rotation and continue through striking head and pulling in. Then shifting my body forward and I'm rotating the staff. So the spiral is in with maximum impact and go all the way through. If you'd like you can support and comfort again with a downward strike. Now in real time."
