"MATT VANSTEENIS: Hi. My name is Matt Vansteenis on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to learn how to snowboard the terrain park here at beautiful Mt. Brighton in Brighton, Michigan. Okay in this clip, we're going to teach you how to do a 50-50 to a boardslide, so we'll do backside, boardslide first. So you're going to ollie up onto the box or rail, do a 50-50 like normal and then when you get comfortable on it, you're going to turn your shoulders up, open towards the bottom of the rail or the bottom of the hill, until your board spins. Remember to stay as flat based as you possibly can, stop your shoulders from rotating 'cause if you turn too far, you're going to over rotate and if you keep spinning you'll go off the opposite way. So you want to go. Stay nice and level on your board. Look to where you want to go. And when you get to the end, turn your shoulders and drop off and ride away clean and that's the 50-50 backside boardslide."
