"MATT VANSTEENIS: Hi. My name is Mat Vansteenis on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to learn how to snowboard the terrain park here at beautiful Mt. Brighton in Brighton, Michigan. Okay, so now we're going to talk about how to do butters or some people call them buttercups. This is a really, really fun trick. So we do it off the nose, so you get moving kinda quick. And you're going to start, like I like to 180 in the mind, or you can start by just lifting your nose up, keep your weight up on your nose and you start turning with your shoulders. So as you turn with your shoulders you're going to start spinning on the ground. You can add a whole bunch of different variations to this like 180s and 360s and this is just a really, really fun trick when you go into like flat ground or if you're on your way to the park or back to the lift or whatever. So stay up on the nose and spin your shoulders."
