"We're here we're going to do what's called tricep extensions, it's going to work the back of your arms, it's a good way for a final exercise to get a good stretch on your triceps. It gives a nice long shape and tones it up real nice. Keep your knees bent, keep your elbows close to your head, get a close grip like this slowly bring it down as far as you can go, feel the stretch and bring it up. Inhale and you're really going to feel this one it feels fantastic, inhale, exhale nice and slow make sure you don't move your body, don't do anything crazy. Everything is locked in, the only thing that moves is your forearm, bring it in keep your elbows here but not here, it's a better stretch on your shoulders. Inhale bring it in and bring it up, you can go to fast and hit your head. I done it plenty of times so be careful, bring it down slowly behind your head here feel the stretch, bring it up. Make sure you don't keep your knees, keep them bent and bring it up slowly, keep breathing throughout the whole thing."
