Video Transcript

"Hello! This is Matthew Willis with Texas Parkour and I am going to show you another demonstration of an urban movement called the dash vault. What you are going to be doing is it is going to be close to you jumping straight over the object but before you land on the other side, you are going to throw your hands back and push yourself away from the object. This is very similar to the lazy ball because you are going to try to be finding and spotting where you are going to be landing or comboing into another move. "
