"Hello! This is Matthew Willis with Texas Parkour and here is another demonstration of urban movement. What we are going to be doing again today is just try and show you the different types of vaults. This one is a very useful vaults. You will find it a lot of times on rails and other ledges but it is called a lazy vault. With this vault it is very similar like to a dash vault. What you are going to be doing is run at the object and you are going to be doing almost a simple vault and then right before you head all the way over the object, you are going to place down your other hand and push away from the object. This helps you to try to spot landings in case you are going to do a precision or other technical comboing skills. "
