"The Kong vault is a little bit different. You can take off with one foot for distance; that's what most traceurs do or you can punch with both feet. You can do both. It's mainly your style. With this one is very similar to the monkey vault but what you are going to be doing is you are actually going to be punching and you are going to be diving into your monkey vault. So you will punch, place your hands down, do a good shoulder refletion with your shoulders while pushing and you are going to bring through your feet through your hands and over your object and you are going to landing in a step out position. on 8/2/2008 No it's not dangeous :) i'm practising parkour about 2 years and i want to tell you that you have to push with your legs up and just put your hands on the object ( don't hit them , or you will have problems ) and when you ...fell your feet are coming , just let your hands and with push your feet to the front so you dont fall ! It's easy , do not fear ,beacause if you are feard just dont try it ! It will hurt , and if you are a beginner start with the monkey vault .

on 8/2/2008 this one looks kind of dangerous. I tried it a couple times, and my feet/shins keep catching, putting me in a position to fall on my face. I can't seem to push with my shoulders because I seem really heavy. Any suggestions?
