"So you've done lots of great exercises. We've talked about the equipment that you would need, your mat. If you don't have a mat you could use a towel. If you don't have weights, you could also use bottled water, you could also use canned goods. So, remember part of any abdominal workout and getting great abs or a flatter tummy, it's not just about the crunches. It's definitely about what you're eating, what you are putting in your body, what you're drinking and definitely doing more cardiovascular activity, rather that's hiking, rather that's running on a treadmill, rather that's jumping rope, you want to get moving. You want to stay active and if you're living a sedentary life where your typing, or your texting all the time, or watching a lot of television, you want to make sure that you're moving because abs don't come overnight.
