"MADISON CHASE: We're going to do a basic squat with a jump. This is a more advance movement. It's actually more advance because we're adding weight. If you're a beginner, you can still do the same exercise, just grab a lighter weight. So beginners, grab a 5; intermediates, grab an 8; if you're advance, grab a 10. For demonstration's sake, I'm going to grab a 5. So you're going to grab a 5. We're going to take the basic squat. We're going to take a jump in between, switch to the other side, just like that. Make sure you're sitting back in the heels every time. You give me a good speed. So a count of one and two and three, just like that. So grab the weight. Make sure you're inhaling and exhaling. If you're counting that loud, your body is forced to breathe, forced to inhale and exhale, so you want to make sure that, again, you're sitting back in your heels at all times, that you're inhaling and exhaling, sucking the tummy in, contracting and releasing those abs. So if you're a beginner, grab a 5, give me about me about 20 reps. If you're intermediate, grab an 8 and give me 30 reps. And if you're advance, do the work, don't be afraid, grab a 10-pound weight and try and give me 40. So that's the long, lean leg machine workout, the squat with the jump in between. You could do it."
