"Hi, this is Madison Chase with Expert Village.com. Today we are going to do a series of exercise called "Ab-alicious", because we're going to make your abdominal area ab-alicious. Everybody is going to want to have abs just like you if you follow these programs. I actually started in fitness. I am a classical ballerina, I trained with Fort Worth Ballet, the School of American Ballet at Juilliard, Houston Ballet, went to a performing arts high school in Dallas, Texas, and I went to the University of Oklahoma and I began as a dance major, ended up as a marketing major, graduating as a marketing major, and began pursuing fitness and working out. So, all this stuff that I've learned, I'm going to show you how to get great abs, get the best abs for your potential. Are you ready? Let's get started in just a second. The most important thing that I want you to really concentrate on, I want you to make sure that you're breathing; I want you to concentrate on your form. Also, a lot of people think that doing abdominal exercises is the key to great abs, that's not the only thing. One of the most important things is what you're putting in your body, you're eating, your calorie intake. Also, sugar. Not a lot of sugar. There is no great athlete that eats a lot of sugar. I don't know any, and I'm sure you don't either. If you really want great abs, make sure you concentrate 80% of your energy on what you?re actually putting in your body, and what kind of activities that you're doing. So, it's not just the workout that creates great abs, it's the activities. Like roller skating is great for you to do. You want to make sure that you're moving. You can clean up your house, you can go dancing with your friends, whatever it is that is going to keep you moving, keep you active, that creates movement, that burns calories, that builds muscles -and the more muscles you have on your body, of course the better your abdominal muscles are going to look."
