" Hi! This is Manny Castro, Exercise Physiologist. In this particular exercise, you’re going to use some thing similar to what the ab roller does. So you are going to use the ball as your ab roller. If you’re familiar with the ab roller, it’s a very difficult exercise. I think with the stability ball or the balance ball it may be a tad bit simpler or of less difficulty. I’ll demonstrate the exercise. As with the abdominal roller, you’re going to be on your knees. What you’re going to do is put your fists with your thumbs facing up on the ball, come up on your knees, and you are going to roll forward to your elbows and then roll back. Again, you’ll roll forward to your elbows and then roll back. Try and keep your back as straight as possible and try and keep your abdominals tight. "
