Come here in the middle. Guy’s just standing here minding his own business, the guy comes up behind him and grabs him in a bear hug. The guy that’s executing the technique is he’s going to take a backwards step behind his opponent. Go ahead. Notice how he’s straddling his leg. He wants to almost sit down like he’s in a chair. Sit down like you’re in a chair. As he sits down like on a chair, he gains leverage. As he gains the leverage, he grabs onto his knees, rotates his body, take him down. Good. Okay, let’s see from the other direction. Do it again. Okay. Grab, you’re going to step behind. Notice how he’s sitting in a squatting position. He’s grabbing onto the knees. He’s going to rotate his shoulders towards me, throwing the legs into the air. Good. Steps over, arm bar. One last time. Stop at the arm bar. Step behind, squatted position, lift the legs, and rotate in the ground. Now from here, he’s going to place his knee on his ribs, His right leg is going to step over the head; he’s going to fall back with his knees pinched together.
