"From this position we’re going to stretch the arms back behind the head, now we’re going to raise up and we’re going to take our toes or backs of the legs. Chin into the chest, toes, backs of the legs, hold those toes, remember, don’t let go. Stretch it up, up, up, up, up, up, up, up, good, now gently pull back, good. Now you do not want to pull back too far as to strain your neck, it’s a gentle pull back, you want to be able to talk, shake your head a little bit and breathe in this position. Very powerful position, putting your feet back over behind your head, now coming out of this position, you still want to hold your toes. And now you want to slowly guide your spine, back down to the floor. Still holding those toes if you can, if you need to let go, of course let go and hold them here, but if you can, hold those toes. And now lets bend at the knees and open those knees up, so you want hold those toes as long as we can, we want to bring the feet to the floor in front, and release, and relax and shake, in this position, take a nice deep breath.
