"And you’ll notice we’re just working on different parts of the body, okay, so right now, we’re going to work into the chest and the shoulders and the back. So once again, we always want to start from our posture, alignment and breathing position. So every time we start a new position we want to squeeze abs in, and up. We want to take shoulders up, back and down back, good. And now we’re going to raise arms up and open, and back. We’re going to clasp the hands, shoulders up back, down back and stretch back. Just let your head fall back, take some deep breaths. From this position, we’re going to drop the head front, it just falls front. Now what we’re going to do, is we’re going to round the spine and bring the arms front. We’re going to stretch back all the way up, we’re going to open the arms and now I’m going to uncross the feet and bring our hands to the outside of the knees holding toes. Now if you cannot hold your toes, please hold the backs of the legs. Okay, backs of the legs or toes, and so shoulders up, back, down back, raise arms up, open and to the toes."
