"Hi I'm Mark, I'm here with Expert Village at the Competitive Edge Cycler in Upland to explain how to buy a quality bike from a bike shop. One of the most important things about buying a bike is the fit. When you go to a bike store there will be numerous sizes in bikes. For instance in road bikes, these will come in centimeter sizes. For instance size 54, 56, 58, 60 centimeter frame sizes. This all has to do with how tall you are and also your inseam. Your inseam measurement is the most important because that will determine your saddle height and that would be measured from here to here. Your saddle height will not change depending on the size of the bike, but it's very crucial to have the proper size bike when buying especially a road bike because they do come in multiple sizes."
