"MADISON CHASE: We've covered the basic beginning push-up where your body is on a diagonal, and we've covered the intermediate to advance where your body is straight as a board and you're making sure your chest touch the ground. Now we're going to incorporate a super advance push-up adding a pull. Okay, so we're going to do a push up and you're going to lift up, pull that arm up at the same time; push up, alternating sides, just like that. Push up, remember that our body should be as flat as a board, and you're going to pull up, lifting that arm up so that is a super advance pushup adding a row or a pull. So if you're not ready to do that, it's quite all right, just start with whatever you could do. If you want to start with your body on a diagonal, your knees on the ground, that's beginner. And try to give me 8 at that beginning stage. And if you're intermediate to advance, your body is flat as a board and you want to make sure your chest touch the ground. If you want to incorporate the weight and a row at the same time, just be careful. If you feel any pain, stop at any time, and there is more to come with the upper-body workout, so stay tuned, don't miss a beat."
