"In this clip we are going to be working on the ab crunch and if you like to know more about the ab crunch please go to visionfit.com. Couple of simple things that you can do for abs. I tend to do them on a bench, do not like to lie on the floor but if the bench is not available, you have pads at your gym, throw a pad down floor, it is that simple. When you lay back keep your back down on the ground, bend your knees up and keep your feet flat on the floor just like that. When you are ready to go, put your hands behind the head just like this. You notice my elbows are nice and wide open, that is the position you want to be in. Simply elevate the chest and the head at the same speed, just like this. If you notice, I am shaking a little bit but that is okay, alot of times when your abs are sore or tired they will simply quiver; they move around a little bit, but if you notice, nothing is unstable like here my body has been tight when I elevated the upper body up and down nice and even and that is an ab crunch."
