"In this clip we are going to be working on the triceps rope extension, we call it triceps rope extension because we use a rope with a lot of triceps exercises, a lot of different apparatus you can hook on here, this in my opinion is one of the bests. It is going to hit the triceps outer head and inner head really well. First thing you want to do is lean your back against the pad back here, okay, let your feet set out just a little bit so you are in a comfortable position, but keep leaning against the pad. Okay, both hands on the rope should have a little knob at end just like that if does not find one that it does, put into about a 90-degree position with the elbows against your sides simply like that. The exercise is by extending the arm and then bending the arm, is that simple, extending the arm and bending the arm. Now, if you notice as I come down I split my hands apart, what that does is it gets the triceps and the elbow to a maximum extension, so the triceps is flexing really hard at that time. Push it down nice and slow, do not go too fast, bring it up nice and slow as well, but remember get that full extension at the bottom so the triceps at the back of your arm gets that real good pump in it. Do about 15 reps, just like that and you should have a real good pump in the back of your triceps when you are done and that is the triceps rope extension."
