"Ok. So, we're still doing our moderate walking. And, we're incorporating strength building exercises. So, this next exercise we're going to use this little tree right here. And, with the tree we're going to do what's called the tree squat. Now, what we're going to do with this is basically do a squat using the tree as support. And, we're going to hold it there. And, once we hold it there you'll feel all of the muscles in your legs. You'll feel your frontal muscles and your back muscles and especially your buttocks is going to get a good workout using this. So, I'll demonstrate how to use the tree and do a tree squat or a tree sit. You want to get your feet in a good position. Then, you want to sit down as deep as you can. Get a good squat going and hold it. Hold it here as long as you can. If you can hold it for two minutes, that's absolutely fabulous. If you can't, that's ok you can work up to it. But, this really emphasizes all of these muscles. Especially, the frontal muscles and the quadriceps. You'll really feel it. So, you just sit here for a good two minutes. And, then you continue on with your moderate walk, back to the moderate walk."
