"So, we're moderate walking. We're do our moderate walking, remember we do that for five minutes. And, then we stop and we do a cardio burst for about two minutes. So, the next cardio burst is mountain climbers. Now, mountain climbers can be a challenging exercise. So, remember if you can't do two minutes. If it is physically very difficult for you, then just do as much as you can. It's best to find something like steps. Or, something that's just a little bit higher off the ground. Even, a curb or something if you keep your safety in mind would work. So, I'm going to use these steps here to demonstrate to you how to do mountain climbers. I want to get my hands where they look like they are in a push up stance. And, then I'm just going to bring my legs in and out switching legs. And, remember to breathe. You really want to pick those legs up and get them in and out. Remember to breathe. And, that's how you do mountain climbers. Now, mountain climbers are just excellent for overall cardio help. And, also it burns a lot of calories."
