Ok. So, now we're still doing our moderate walking. And, with that we're doing cardio bursts. So, this cardio burst is skipping. Skipping is so simple, so easy, so fun to do. Just like when you were a kid, it's the basic principal of skipping. So, remember to have fun and remember to breathe. I'll demonstrate to you how you add in skipping with your walk. And, that's the way you skip and you just add it in with your walk. Remember, skip two minutes and do your moderate walk for five minutes. This is a guaranteed way to burn way more calories.
