Ok. So, more on cardio burst ideas that you can do. What we're going to do, we're walking moderate. Remember, you do about five minutes and then you stop and so your two minute cardio burst. So, this next cardio burst is called toe taps. So simple. All you need is a curb. Now, with toe taps what you're going to do is so simple. You're just going to tap your toe on the curb. But, you're going to increase your speed and really hop in between. The more hop and the more jump you have, then of course the more you're working and the more calories you're burning. So, really hop up on this curb. And, pump your arms and get everything moving. Remember to breathe. And, you'll really feel it in your legs and you'll feel it as your blood is pumping. So, remember two minutes.
