"Ok. So, now more information about burning more calories while you walk. Interval training is an excellent way to burn more calories and also to incorporate strength training with your walk. Ok. So, the way to interval train would be. Let's say for instance, you're going to go for a walk that's an hour long. So, you're going to start with a ten to fifteen minute warm up. And, then every five minutes after that you're going to incorporate something that's either going to build strength somewhere. Like strengthening your legs, strengthening your arms, strengthening your core or you're going to add something that's really going to jump start your heart rate. So, what we're going to do is I'm going to demonstrate a few different exercises that will definitely do those things. So, we're going to start with jumping jacks, speed walking. You can do mountain climbers and you can also do a little bit more. I'll show you later."
