"We're almost finished. You guys have done great if you've done everything up to this point. Our last strength training segment for the circuit is triceps dips. We want to use our arms and we're going to use our chair. So what we're going to do, we're going to put our hands on the edge of the chair. We're going to scoot our body, our butt in particular, out of the chair. With the arms straight and with your body out as much as you can get while still maintaining nice, straight posture, you're simply going to dip down and bring it back up. It looks like this and you're going to breathe. If you really want to use more triceps than legs, then straighten your legs out or you can even get something else to put your legs on like another little box or a little chair or something like that, and then dip down and you'll feel it even more. We want to keep going for a minute. After we finish that, pat yourself on the back. You've done a great job, you've made it through. Stretching is next."
