"This is our last jumping circuit, so we really want to make it worth it. For three minutes do a combo, freestyle of whatever you like. I'm going to give you an example of what it looks like. Remember, we're going to keep jumping for three minutes, that's the goal. You may want to start with a basic, with up and down, add a side to side, criss cross, basic, front back, side to side, criss cross, basic, front back, criss cross. Just keep going, adding whatever you like. The point is to have fun and to keep it flowing for three minutes. So just have fun and do whatever comes to mind. Three minutes."
