"We're back down on the mat now and we're going to do toe dips. Toe dips are great for your core and also your legs. It's a great workout. It's a great strength builder. To do this, I'll demonstrate. We'll start with our legs, feet on the mat, flat down on the ground, legs are bent. Come down on your back; keep your lower back into the mat, hands at your side. To do a toe dip, it's all in the abdominals so you're really going to engage the abdominals and think about those muscles being your strong hold to keep everything flowing in this exercise. So we start with our legs up and all we do is simply tap down on the mat. Remember to breathe. The exercise looks simple. You want to make sure you're rotating from your hips. What you don't want to do when you're doing this exercise is bringing your feet down like this. That's not really working too much. So you don't want to do this. What you want to do is rotate out and tap, and back up. So from the hips it goes out, tap, back up. We want to do this for a full minute and then we're back up."
