"I know you're feeling it by now. We're getting to the good part. Now we're going to do squats for one minute. But we're not going to do a regular squat. What we're going to do, we're going to go down into the squatting position and hold it there for one full minute. If you can't hold it for a full minute, then you can come back up and go back down, hold it as long as you can and come back up. I'll demonstrate how this looks. Feet are shoulder-width apart and what we're going to do, make sure your body is nice and aligned. When we squat down we want to make sure that our knees don't over extend our toes on this particular one and we want to stick our gluteus out as if we were sitting in a chair. So it goes like this. Go as deep as you can. You can hold your arms out here, out here, at your hips - wherever you find balance. I prefer to hold mine here. Just hold it here for one full minute or as long as you can. Those muscles will really start feeling it, especially since you've been jumping rope and using all of these muscles. This is the perfect leg workout that goes right along with jumping rope. You're really going to feel it."
