"Remember your jump rope is optional. Now that we've finished doing those push ups, we're feeling nice and strong, it's time to get that imaginary jump rope out or your real one. This time we're going to focus on jumping forward and back. This works totally different muscles, you'll feel it. To demonstrate, I'll show you how forward and back with the jump rope would go. Your feet would go something like this. You want to stay on your toes, and you want to use your imaginary jump rope as you're doing it. Especially if you don't have good coordination, just use your imaginary jump rope. You can do all kinds of things with it. You can even double jump doing it. But keep going and breathe. You want to just keep going for three minutes, and at the end of that, we're back to doing more strength."
