"Now we're going back to jumping rope for three minutes. This time I'm not going to use a jump rope; I'm going to demonstrate how you would do the workout without a jump rope. This time we're not going to do a basic jump that's just basic up and down, we're going to do something similar to a ski jump, which is from side to side. This definitely works and helps your coordination and it also helps your cardiovascular system get stronger. To demonstrate a ski jump, this is how we're going to do our side to side jumps using a jump rope. Your feet will simply move from side to side. We're going to do this for the full three minutes. Then with your arms, pretend you have a jump rope in your arms so you get that arm workout as well. If you get caught up on the rope, you may just want to do this because this will keep you going, and if you keep it up for a full three minutes, you'll feel it in your legs, you'll feel it cardio-wise and you'll feel it in your arms. It's just great to keep doing this. Keep it going on for three minutes."
