"The point of circuit training is definitely to keep going. You want to keep moving, keep moving, keep moving, go from one thing to the next. You've just finished three minutes of jumping rope, a basic jump rope. Now we're going to go down to the ground and we're going to do crunches for one minute. With the crunches we want to make sure that we're breathing. We want to make sure that our posture is good, and also want to make sure when we're crunching that we're really using our abdominal muscles. Don't go too fast and use momentum, just take it nice and easy and really engage the abs. Let's do crunches for one minute. I'll demonstrate your crunch. Really pause at the top. You want to pause at the top to make sure the core is engaged and breathe and then let it go. When you're crunching you want to keep your arms open, and also don't want to grab your head. You just want to have the hands nice and loose to the side, under your head, and crunch, and breathe. So you keep going this way for a minute, and then next we're going to get up and we're going to jump again, but I've got something special for you."
