"Before you go in a cave don't go alone and don't go without any guide. It's very, very important. It's dangerous. And we climb up here so if you put your hands on the sides it's okay because you find some place to grab pull yourself up. And then you just sit up here. Okay. And from here we slide down there. It's easy. On the first landing part, actually we are on top. So we are sliding down by feet first here which is a long sliding part because we turn right here and then left and right so it's about 8 meters long. But on the way back we won?t use this corridor because it's too hard and slippery on the way back. And this way we'll come back from there. First of all there some steps and it's not so steep in this part. So it's better to go up there than to slide down here. So we'll just start sliding down now and it's very easy because the gravity has us."
