So it's good to wear a helmet because otherwise it's very, very dangerous. Every time that you go in a cave wear a good helmet. The helmet has some other things which are important. Of course it only has one light now. But if you go in a cave it's very essential to take two lights. And this part should be like this. So two parts, one is not in the middle but a bit front and another at back stayed here so it's like this. Your ears go here. And it's on the other side the same. Because as you use a helmet. Just put on your head. And it goes here. It cannot fall down or back. Because if it's going to be falling down. It keeps back this part.
