"In this clip we are going to show you how to put the shin guards on. Now it may seem a little dumb or a little silly but it is very important. Here put the shin guard on, make sure your ankles are covered and then I like to cross mine because it makes them a little tighter. Clips on the outside so the clips don't catch on the inside and believe it or not I've seen many catchers go down because of that little thing that they did not do right. I always tell catchers if I see them hey put those clips on the outside, do it the right way and you'll save yourself an embarrassing moment when you fall on your face. Let's see it, here you go, on the outside, cross them and makes it a little tighter. Here we go, top one, put them down and you are ready to go. So now I have my steel tip shoes and I'm ready to get out there. So I get my steel tipped shoes on, my foot protectors, get ready, get them in place and let's go play ball!"
