" These are a few boxing tips that will help you throughout your exercises and your career. One is; of course, to always eat a healthy and well balanced diet. Always be hydrated always work out and always get enough recuperation. Get enough rest to give your body enough time to relax so that you can be focused, because remember boxing is more mental than it is physical and you need to always be alert at all times. Another really good point is to always practice your punches because if you do not throw them correctly, you could break your hand, you know, a lot of bad things could happen if you don’t learn how to throw your punches correctly. So you want to practice every day so you can let your punches come out smoothly and with easy so they won’t come out tight and you’ll be ready to go. "
