" Lets begin by working with the energy at the lowest part of the spine and warm up the spine in that area. Kind of just bring your hands so they are resting on your knees and we are going to roll forward and press your heart forward and then we are going to just roll ?? (0015)bones and just around our lower back. Try to keep your heart level as you press the heart forward and really just keep this movement here in the sacrum of the lower, keep the chin levels to the floor the heart level and back. Okay, that is out of breathing inhale forward and exhale back, inhale forward and exhale back. So again the heart is staying level the chin at the same level to the floor and we’re inhaling as we come forward and exhaling as we come back breathing through the nose. If you feel comfortable with this rhythm go ahead and see if you can speed it up just a little bit. And if that speed feels comfortable for you see if you can speed it up a little bit more. Remember at any point if you begin to feel dizzy or lightheaded just slow down and go to a pace where you can keep the inhale and exhale nice and even. Inhale, straighten the spine, retain, hold of the breath and exhale slowly again take a deep breath in, retain, hold the breath and exhale slowly and one last time inhale deeply, pause, hold the breath and exhale slowly."
