"Knees to chest. So we’re going to inhale, put your hands on to your knees, so your knees move away from your belly, rolling to the tip of your tailbone. Then as you exhale just gently draw your navel in towards the spine, join your knees into your chest and just huge your knees into your chest, inhale with your knees moved out and exhale, draw the knees into the chest.
